Rising Stargirls is hosting a FREE Virtual Astronomy Workshop this summer 2023!
We will use writing, visual art, and theater games to explore the universe. All materials will be provided and the workshop is at no-cost.
The workshop will take place Monday to Friday, July 24th to August 4th from 10am-12pm PDT / 11am-1pm MDT / 12-2pm CDT / 1-3pm EDT.

Educator Training Opportunity that took place Spring 2023
In this webinar, educators learned how to employ writing, visual art, and theater games in a virtual classroom to involve middle-school girls from backgrounds traditionally underrepresented in the sciences in Astronomy and Astrobiology learning and discovery.
TEACHERS: Rising Stargirls activities can be done in your classrooms to complement an existing science curriculum, or as an after-school program. And it’s free of charge (funding provided by the National Science Foundation)!
